Elandsrivier 2a-b

Hike to up the Elandsrivier. The first section is easy and we pass some beautiful rock pools to cool off. The final section is quite steep into the kloof, but you will be rewarded for you boulder hopping with one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the Western Cape. It is an in-out route and there are suitable pools for those who do not want to do the whole route. 12 km total, 6-7 hours. Contact Petrus Claasen (076 761 2263) no later than Wednesday 12am, permits need to be arranged. R50pp or free with a wildcard.
