Annual General Meeting, Hawequas Scouts

Dear Members / Beste lede

You are cordially invited to the MCSA PW 2024 Annual General Meeting and year-end
function on Saturday 9 November at Hawequas Scout Adventure Centre, Wellington.
AGM starts at 16:15 (Please arrive at the gate from 15:00-16:00).


This is a great opportunity to meet fellow members and connect with like minded mountain enthusiasts. After the AGM we will all enjoy a spit roast together (free of charge). followed by a talk by Rik De Dekker on what drives climbers like Alex Honnold and Jeb Corlis to do their extreme on the edge adventures.


Free camping is available as well as bunk rooms, (organized with Kuba) to stay the
evening and enjoy a hike on the trails or explore the kloofs on Sunday.

The club uses a grading system (given in brackets after the hike name) to make it easier for club members to communicate the difficultly of an outing. You can check out our Meets Grading page for details on how to use the grading system, or alternatively you can contact the meet leader directly if you are unsure of the difficulty of a meet.
