Annual General Meeting

The Committee of the Mountain Club of South Africa – Paarl/Wellington Section invites you to attend its Annual General Meeting on 12 November, 16:00 at the Hawequas Scout Adventure Centre, Wellington.
Members are most welcome to arrive at any time and set up camp. If you would like a bunk bed please email Kuba (kuba@apap.co.za) to book a bed – Camping is free and beds are R100 per person.
Please RSVP for catering purposes and to get the Gate code.
Our Hut Warden, Brad Hemphill will give a slide presentation on their Epic adventure – “The ineffable Picos De Europa” on Saturday evening after braaing – braai fires will be provided!
On Sunday, Nardus will be leading the Felixberg hike and Elsie will be leading a hike in the Hawequa foothills, which starts at the Scouts. You are also welcome to come hiking on any of the routes in the Hawequas area.
Please note that reports and details on voting for Committee members and related proxy votes, will be sent in the week prior to the AGM.

The club uses a grading system (given in brackets after the hike name) to make it easier for club members to communicate the difficultly of an outing.
