2025 Annual General Meeting

Herewith notice of the AGM for 2025:
The committee has decided due to circumstances and practical implications to have the AGM on the 17th of January at Hawequas.
The Agenda, Chairmans report, resolutions and Audited Financial statements will be circulated 21 days (latest 22 November) before the AGM.
As in the past few years members will be welcome to camp over at the campsite and the customary spit braai will held.
Looking forward to a great day and concluding the years activities.

Die komitee het besluit dat weens omstandighede en beskikbaarheid dat die AJV gehou word op die 17de Januarie te Hawequas.
Die agenda, voorsitters verslag, resolusies en ge-auditeerde finansiële verslae sal 21 dae voor die AGM uitgestuur word.
Soos in die verlede is almal welkom om te kampeer en die saam te geniet aan die geselligheid van ‘n spitbraai.
